Movie Review #TBT: The Parent Trap

We found the original Parent Trap on Netflix and the quality wasn’t very good. The kids didn’t seem to care.
The movie starts with camp and the kids got introduced to the twins. All through that first part of the movie the kids were completely immersed in what was happening and seemed to really be enjoying the movie. But, then they leave camp and even when there are some funny parts, the kids began to loose interest. It does continue slower than how it began, yet the kids managed to finish it. In fact, the enjoyed the ending better than the middle parts because the twins are back at being mischievous.
We plan to see the updated version next, although I remember I didn’t like it as much as I liked the original when it came out. Although, the original has a special place in my heart and the remake with Lindsey Lohan may be a little more fast paced than the original, which the kids could enjoy.
