Writing and Publishing: Let’s Celebrate “The Recruit” and its First Anniversary!

One year ago today, I published my first book. Ever.
I began writing this story back in 1999, when I scheduled production for a lighting company. I began to create The North American Vampire Secret Agency following a dream I had about Dylan and Rebecca, werewolf hunters. It all grew and grew from there. Right now I have about 30 stories waiting to be published in my computer. The N.A.V.S.A. Universe really grew.
The sequel (out of six total stories to complete the arch) comes out this summer. It is called “Werewolf Phenomenon” and introduces the character of Will and Grant (who will later star in The Michael Files series, with part one coming out in 2019).
The Recruit is the beginning of everything. It may not be the greatest, but it is the beginning. It needed to exist for everything else to happen. As of today, it has been downloaded over one thousand times. It has over ten reviews and an average rating of 4 stars.
To celebrate, I will be revealing the cover of its sequel at noon today. Can’t hardly wait for you to see it! And I can’t wait for its release, either!
I love writing. I love creating stories and worlds. I love the fact that technology today lets me put it out there for the world to find and enjoy.
