If you have not read my books about the Vampire Secret Agency, well, what are you waiting for?
Book one, “The Recruit”, may be a little slow at first, but it’s the set up of a world filled with action and adventure. My brother, who may be a little biased because he’s my number one fan, sometimes tells me it’s too bad book one is not enough to get readers to try the next book in the series. I tell him the story came out like that, and I feel like it needs to start slow. I also tell him I will keep editing it and maybe trying to change some words to make it more exciting. But, people have left good reviews. One even says my story is the best of its genre, a refreshing way to look at the vampire lore. What can I say, I wrote this book because I wanted to read a book like this. I wanted vampires to be awesome and I wanted them to get along with werewolves and witches and I wanted so many things and since no one had given me that, I created a world that was amazing.
The recruit is Rebecca Sawyer, a regular girl with a bitter past (and present) who is chosen to become a vampire and once she becomes one, she finds she has uncanny vampire abilities. Here’s book one, in case you want to give it a try:
