TV Series Review: Big Bang Theory (Season 1)

Well, I can’t believe it’s been eleven years of Big Bang Theory. It all began with a waitress and a group of single nerds and now they are family. Throughout the series we have watched Penny and Leonard finally tie the knot (and live happily ever after), Walowitz and Bernadette become parents (twice), and Raj become… well… an almost normal bachelor.

In the eleventh season, we see Sheldon and Amy finally prepare their wedding, culminating in the wedding itself in its season’s finale.

That last episode was probably my favorite of all this season, with guest start Mark Hamill and many others who have appeared in the show throughout the series. I never get tired of this group, they really make me laugh. Besides, I’m a geek myself, and although not as smart, I find all their geek culture references refreshing and familiar.

I wish they would keep this series going, but for now I’m happy we’ll get to see a 12th season.
