#TBT Movie Review: Star Wars – A New Hope

Since the new Star Wars Movie, The Last Jedi, was being released in December, we tried to watch Episode 4 to 7 before it came out with the kids. The kids had watched the original trilogy before (and the horrible Episode I, if I remember), but I think they were too young three years ago to really get – and remember – everything.

This time, the kids really seemed to get everything that happened and even when they knew some things, they didn’t seem to know some of them, which came as a big surprise when they happened (like Han Solo shooting Greedo).

We also watched the extended version, which includes some additional CGI the director just had to put in there. I’m not crazy about some of that, but I guess we can live with it.
