Movie Review: Cloverfield Paradox

Like many, we saw this Netflix original movie announced during the Super Bowl (which we wouldn’t have watched if not for my in-laws who were visiting).

Like the post before it, we had seen Cloverfield Lane, but not the original Cloverfield. I read somewhere it was recommended we watch Coverfield first, and so we did. We loved it.

The next weekend we sat to watch Paradox.

It did not disappoint.

The word in the title says it all… it’s a Paradox.

I think many people were disappointed because some things just don’t make sense. They made sense to me because I chose to understand the “bad guy” was really the physical universe trying to correct a mistake. It was like nature was trying to find balance again. It made total sense to me.

It was an awesome movie with an awesome ending. It made me thirsty for more movies like this, which are interesting, with a bit of sci-fi and entertaining.
