I like to draw.
I don’t draw that often.

A few days ago I saw the newest promo for the American Ballet Theater (ABT):
It inspired me. So, I decided to draw it:
I was pretty pleased with my drawing; the next step was to color it. I own ArtStudio for the iPad, if you have ever thought of buying an art app, I recommend ArtStudio by Lucky Clan. It’s amazing, pretty inexpensive and comparable to Photoshop.
Perhaps my only complaint is the number of layers it has available, but you learn to be flexible with what you have. Basically I colored with a pencil and a brush.
I used my amazon stylus, too. Seriously, best stylus you’ll ever find for $8:
Finally, I ended up with a final product that I published on DeviantArt:

I also ordered my own print online. I think it’s amazing what you can do with technology these days. I ordered a 12×18 print which I will frame and hang on my wall. It’s going to be awesome!
