Book Review: A Wrinkle in Time
February 23, 2018
My husband read A Wrinkle in Time a while ago. We have had it in our library since I can remember. I had wanted to read it, but I always put other books before this one. When we moved to our new house three years ago, he was about to sell it to Half Price Books, but I asked he didn’t because I’ve been meaning to read it.
Time passed and it wasn’t until the first trailers of the movie came out that I realized I was running out of time. I hate watching the movie first! Besides, the movie looked bright and colorful and action packed. I like all of those things.
I started reading the book the first of January. I didn’t want another day to pass. It took me two weeks to read it.
I liked it. It was interesting, although some things didn’t make a lot of sense to me and then the ending was just so… blah. I still enjoyed it, but not enough to give it 5 stars, unfortunately. I will still go watch the movie, I’m looking forward to it.
I know there are three more books on this series, but right now I don’t know if I’m going to read them. Time will tell.
cheers!
